As a member of the city council, Herb Perez will:

• Create a realistic solution for school overcrowding.
• Preserve the community's general fund reserves without cutting services.
• Ensure a balance between re-development and the quality of life in Foster City for our seniors, families and children.
• Protect and create revenue streams to maintain Foster City's infrastructure.
• Enhance citizen safety and emergency preparedness.
• Seek to build a consensus and encourage citizen communication.
